South Yara Anime has a strict no returns policy unless the item is damaged, faulty or not as described. So you will need to choose carefully when making a commitment to purchase. In some cases product packaging may come slightly dented, creased or smudged and we do not consider these items as damaged. We shrink many of our figurines to protect them but if you are expecting a mint condition figure please contact us before purchase to confirm the condition. For significantly damaged packaging we will identify the issue on the product listing

Here at South Yara Anime we have a special section for Pre-Owned Figures. You can tell if a figure is Pre-Owned by looking for the Pre-Owned tag above the item. 

so here is a quick guide.

Grading scale
Item
S: Like new. Figure may have been removed from box but shows no sign of wear.
A: Shows minor signs of wear. May have light scratches and/or scuffs.
B: Shows moderate wear. May have mild scratches and/or scuffs.
C: Mildly worn. May have mild paint loss and/or paint chip(s).

Box
S: Never opened and still manufacturer sealed. Like new.
A: May have very minor wear.
B: May have lightly worn corners, and/or dents.
C: May have mildly worn corners, dents, and/or a minor tear.
D: May have fairly worn corners, dents, and/or tears.


We do our best to inspect each item that comes into our store. However, since these are secondhand, the following may apply:Pre-owned items may have dust, color fading, other particles, or debris due to being previously owned.

Old, unopened figures may be sticky due to plasticizer degradation.

Some pre-owned items may have stickers or labels on the boxes such as distributor stickers, price tags, import stickers, etc.

Pre-owned items that light up have not been tested and will not come with a battery.

Bonus items are not included unless specifically stated.
